Bethesda Bill

I went to the DC area last weekend to visit my friend Bill, who recently relocated there. He's currently a second year general surgery resident at Bethesda Medical Center. The pictures unfortunately only come from Sunday, since I spent most of Saturday drinking.

Saturday, was quite a party day which included a BBQ with some of Bill's extended family and then later on hitting some clubs/bars in the Dupont Circle area. Two things about the clus there: #1 I'm getting to old for them and #2 one place called "1223" (it's actually written in Roman numerals, MCCXIII, i think) played dance remixes of 80's songs... bad 80's songs like Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" The experience basically left me not wanting to go to DC clubs for a long time now.

Sunday was more laid back, spending the day in more touristy areas with Bill and his gal-du-jour (I hope she doesn't read this)

Our New Family Roon

Megan decided to splurg and buy new furniture for our family room. The couches are huge (oversized actually). It appears as if giants live in our home.

My Sister's Blog Entry

I was told by a coworker that I have been delinquent in my blog entries. So to tie everyone over I'm including the contents of an email from my sister. Pictures of my nephew Alexander make such easy crowd-pleasers.
